Who remembers that harrowing week in October 2007 when much of San Diego County was endangered by the most damaging series of fires in County history? Here are a few photos from our yard, our neighborhood, and from Carlsbad High School where over 300 evacuees stayed and volunteers established a cache of supplies that reflected an incredible community spirit.
